Adaptive Volleyball

The only materials required are a volleyball net and a beach ball.

Set up chairs facing each side of the net and utilize the beach balls excessive hang-time and minimal weight to allow everyone to get involved by simply hitting the darn thing.

(Hopefully over the net)

  • This net is sturdy, yet light-weight and portable.
  • Adjustable to whatever height one needs in order to make the game more enjoyable.

These make for great volleyballs that allow room for error and an increase in safety compared to a classic volleyball.

It is highly recommended that the facilitator buys a pack like this one with several balls for back-up.

A Game of Many Names

Different facilitators call this by different names but no matter what it’s an activity that disguises exercise with a pool noodle.

Brilliant.

Participants will sit in a circle and work as a team to keep balloons from touching the ground, The catch is that the only tool they have to keep the balloons air-born is a pool noodle!

Add to the difficulty and flow by adding more balloons and playing some good upbeat tunes!

This is a HUGE Stress Reliever as well as a wonderful ice-breaker that gets people exercising without making it directly feel like exercise!

This particular set comes as a pack of 35 which ought to be enough to last your program for years to come!

A pack of 120 balloons which depending on the athletic/aggression level of your participants will last for quite some time.

A great addition to movie days. The added smell and salty snack will bring the ambiance of the theater to any room.
What's better than a portable stereo that serves as a karaoke machine, radio, and PA System. On top of all this it's bluetooth so no aux cords required.
A versatile activity that can take place indoors or outside and encompasses all skill levels.
